Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped chervil
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped tarragon
- 1 shallot -- minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped capers
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped anchovies
- 1 lemon -- zest grated
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with steaks.
